Configuring the Email Notification Setting for Comments on Assessments
Overview
Enable this setting so that certain assessment roles and users receive notifications for comments on assessments even when they are not directly tagged.
⚠ Note: This is applicable only to users with admin role privileges.
Configuring Comment Email Notification Settings

From the left side of the page, hover the mouse over the
Assessment Manager icon, and then select
Admin (1).

Go to the
Account Configurations
tab, and then navigate to the
Comments on Assessments
section (2).
📋 Note: This setting is set to Never by default.

Set Frequency to
Never, Periodically,
Daily, or Instantly.
Frequency
Behavior
Never
Factory default setting. No notifications are sent.
Periodically
Recipients are notified every hour. All comments
are consolidated in one email.
Daily
A specific time can be set. All comments are
consolidated in one email sent at that time.
Instantly
Recipients are notified immediately after each
comment is made.

From the Main Recipients
field, select the main recipients of the email notification.
Recipients can be any active user or users associated with
any of these assessment roles: Assessment Owner, Approver,
Participant, Assessment Creator, and Respondent.

From the
Secondary Recipients
field, select the secondary recipients of the email notification.
Recipients can be any active user or users with any of these
assessment roles: Assessment Participant, Owner, Approver,
Creator, and Respondent.
📋 Notes
›You
can also select users who are not directly involved with
the assessment but need to be kept informed.
›The
same assessment role or user cannot be selected in both the
To and CC fields. For example, if
Assessment Creator is selected in the To
field, it will not be available in the CC field.
